Give your Liver a Kick with this Tasty Morning Tonic. ~ Rainbeau Mars

The liver is the body’s great detoxifier, and an integral part of health and wellness.

Liver flushes, like the below ACV Tonic and Liver Kick recipes, can be used to stimulate the elimination of waste from the body, increase bile flow, improve overall liver function, and purify the circulatory and lymphatic systems.

ACV Tonic

Ingredients:

3 cups pure water
1 to 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
½ to 1 whole lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon raw honey to taste (optional)
1 drop DoTerra CTPG Slim and Sassy (optional)

Directions:

Stir with spoon and enjoy this simple liver tonic!

Liver Kick

Ingredients

3 to 4 lemons, juiced
1 inch ginger
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon raw, organic olive oil
1 teaspoon raw, organic honey
1 to 3 de-stemmed organic strawberries (optional)
1 drop Doterra CTPG orange or lemon drop (optional)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a powerful blender such as a Vitamix or Nurtibullet until smooth.
